Question: Hi Barry! How did you first hear about Cazoo?

A: I first heard about Cazoo from your TV commercial and saw billboards all over the city. I had never heard of Cazoo and the next day Cazoo was everywhere! I was not even going to buy a car, I just saw ads, went on the Internet, found a car I liked and that's it. And it was so fast that I ordered it on Wednesday and it was at my front door that Sunday.

Question: Have you ever bought a used car?

A: I've bought my cars from dealers in the past and never had the best experience with them, so I was ready to try something new with Cazoo. It was very different because there was no pressure and no overbearing salespeople telling you what they thought you wanted. I was able to buy a car at one time through the Cazoo way, which was such a relief. I sat at home with a glass of wine at my laptop and ordered a car for myself - it was so easy!

Question: How do you feel about buying a car over the Internet?

A: It didn't really bother me because of all your promises. Q: How was the delivery and handover process?

My transmission specialist was called John and he was amazing. He told me everything including the precautions related to Covid. Nothing was too much or a hassle for him in any way. He stayed for as long as I needed him, and then he collected the parts for the exchange and left. 

When my car arrived, it looked better than any other car I've bought from a dealership. He was flawless inside and out. I really appreciate that John made sure everything looked so good.

Q: Did you partially change your car?

The exchange of parts went without problems. You gave me the price that was offered on the site without trying to confuse me, and the transfer specialist just loaded my old car onto a transporter and took it away after introducing me to my Cazoo car. 

About 12 months ago I went to the local Vauxhall dealership to look at the car and they offered me less for my part of the exchange than the Cazoo. You guys made me a decent offer and then followed through and gave me what you promised.

Q: Was there anything that surprised you about Cazoo?

How easy it is, and the fact that you have taken all the risk of buying a used car. I even convinced my son-in-law to buy a car from Cazoo, and he has never bought a used car in his life. And he is 100% happy with his car.
