What are brick wells made of?

| Various metals were used to make brick wells, including iron and aluminum. Sheet iron was used in the 19th century; because it was cheap, plentiful and strong. Recently, aluminum has become the metal of choice for range hoods because it is lightweight and durable, making it more ergonomic. | ||||

High density polyethylene is used for the strength needed for hods. This is a very strong material that is almost impossible to break.
