The current reality is that almost every car owner can become a participant in an accident. At the same time, not everyone succeeds in avoiding serious consequences, unfortunately. In this case, you will not be released from the obligation to contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs department in order to report the incident and, if necessary, from the need to wait for a patrol car.
