300 Toyota Land Cruiser VX 2022 Series Review: LC300 Shot

The VX remains a third-level trim in the new LandCruiser LC300 line, but it now costs $10,720 more at $113,990 MSRP. You can choose the GXL for $12,20017,200 cheaper, and moving to the Sahara will cost you an additional $XNUMXXNUMX.

The VX has become the most popular trim level in the 200 series, and you can now opt for it with shinier wheels, a silver grille and more stylized DRL headlights.

On the inside, it swaps the cloth for black or beige synthetic leather seat trim, and adds highlights like the bigger 12.3-inch multimedia screen and 10 speaker audio with a CD/DVD player (in 2021!!!), a big 7-inch display ahead of the driver, four-zone climate control, heated and ventilated front seats, a sunroof, and four-camera surround view. Interestingly, this is the cheapest model with auto wipers and reverse auto braking to protect from colliding with static objects.

Like all LC300 trims, the VX is powered by a new 227-litre V700 twin-turbocharged diesel engine with 3.3kW/6Nm and an official fuel consumption figure of 8.9L/100km.
