Penalty for non-compliance with the rules for transporting children

Article 12.23 part 3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses regulates the punishment for violation of the above requirements for the transportation of children - a fine of 3 thousand rubles.

The penalty is imposed in the following cases:

• there is no chair or other means of safety for children;
• restraints are not appropriate for the height and weight of the child.

Please note that today you can still see many old domestic cars on the roads, the design of which does not provide for seat belts in the rear seats. In this case, they need to be installed on their own, otherwise it will not work to pass the inspection and get OSAGO.
