Apparently, many drivers take better care of their vehicle than their own... home. However, a real homeowner would rather make sure that the property does not fall into disrepair in winter. A “home on wheels” is a special item of circulation. And almost everything that an RV enthusiast can do on his own!

To say that cleaning a camper or cottage before the autumn-winter season should be comprehensive and thorough is an understatement. Besides the obvious issue of the convenience of driving a clean vehicle, safety and hygiene are very important. Not only will we feel better inside. But here's a note.

In the case of camping vehicles, why is it especially important to effectively eliminate the cause rather than simply mask the effect?

As we use mosquito nets to protect our campervan or van from intruders in the summer, it's worth considering the risk of seeking shelter here in the winter. This occurs when the door is additionally locked. It is advisable to install an effective barrier against insects, and “in the near future” (when the temperature drops below zero) also against rodents. For pet owners, special attention should be paid to... the fur of our four-legged friends. And it smells.

Cleaning up leftover food can be a dilemma. After all, dust mites are so small that simply vacuuming only moves them from place to place. It's true that chemicals help fight mites and bacteria, but are chemicals that effectively kill bacteria actually neutral for our bodies?
