These are those bikes without a seat, in which the best in the world jump over huge obstacles or climb vertical walls. But nowhere is it said that you or your newbie should do the same, there is still a very long way to go. The first contact with the motorcycle is very important and is the right electrical decision. A while ago we wrote about the electric Oset, which is also a leading manufacturer of electric trial motorcycles for children (the test can be found in the archive), and this time we tested its competitor Mecatecno.

A similar design, that is, a steel frame, some kind of plastic superstructure, suspension, disc brakes, an electric motor and a battery. The design is modern and the components are of high quality to withstand the child and all his antics. Our test pilot this time was also Blaj, who is otherwise quite large for his eight years. Compared to the Oset, the Mecatecno T-12 has slightly less suspension, especially the rear shock is too soft, but it has slightly better plastic, fender, handlebars, levers and brakes, and a battery that lasts longer.

How long this will last, of course, depends on the driving style and where the little motorcyclist will ride. The battery status is indicated by an indicator on the right side of the steering wheel with LEDs. If you make a polygon with several obstacles and the speeds are low, he will be able to ride all day, if the speeds are a little higher, he will have fun for several hours, but if he drives around the terrain, say, on tracks or "single tracks", he will be happy hour.

If there are a lot of lifts, a little less. Since it is quiet, it will not disturb anyone during operation, so it is also suitable for urban areas. The budding Blaž even invited him to go with him to the indoor skate park and BMX park in Ljubljana, but he didn't give him a photo, but the idea is not bad, he could also ride indoors because he has no exhaust. . The price for this toy and the guarantee that the room will always be in order is 1.290 euros. Since this is a quality product, we can say that it is also justified.
