Yamaha is new scooter NMAX, entry-level yes 2200 tsp characterized by sporty design and brilliant and efficient performance.

It will be available in 3 different colors - Power Red, Frozen Titanium, Milky White and Midnight Black - from the end of June 2015.

Aesthetically new Yamaha NMAX he cannot help but be inspired by his older brothers. The family feeling is typical of Tre Diapason scooters. However, the style is quite personal.

The front end of the NMAX is immediately sporty thanks to the LED headlight. The rear brake light is also LED and the use of this type of light not only provides a stylish look, but also helps to reduce consumption as it allows a more compact magnet to be installed.

The design of the scooter is such that the driver can ride with their legs extended, and the available space allows the driver to take a preferred position, relaxed or sporty.

On a molded double saddle, the passenger sits in a slightly raised position in relation to the driver to provide all the legroom and visibility.

New "Blue Core" engine

Yamaha NMAX pushed 125cc engine the Blue Core liquid-cooled four-stroke engine (a new generation of compact, bright and efficient engines), which for the first time uses a four-valve cylinder with a new variable valve actuation system for linear acceleration and low fuel consumption; a consumption measurement carried out in accordance with the WMTC (World Motorcycle Test Cycle) procedure showed that fuel consumption 45,7 km per liter.

In addition, the new engine is equipped with an electronic injection system that injects the air-fuel mixture through an elliptical channel directly into the combustion chamber, optimizing combustion, ensuring immediate starting and low fuel consumption.

Yamaha technicians installed a radiator and fan to the side of the engine, a solution that also offers the advantage of freeing up space in front of the engine, allowing for a more spacious footrest. 

New chassis and braking system with ABS and 230 mm discs.

Sports DNA is reflected not only in a new look Yamaha NMAX, but this is also noticeable in the design new frame, lightweight and durable small diameter steel tube construction with a good balance of stiffness.

The lightweight tubular steel frame has been designed to provide a comfortable ride while also providing excellent responsiveness to front wheel behavior.

The braking system features 230mm front and rear discs with ABS as standard. At the rear, a dual shock absorber with 90mm travel stands out, while 13-inch alloy wheels are fitted with 110 / 70-13 tires at the front and 130 / 70-13 at the rear.
