A few weeks from EICMA 2018Ducati presents a new 1260 Enduro, the new traveler from Borgo Panigale that's more accessible, easier and more fun. It is equipped with spoked wheels with 19 "front and 17" rear wheels to be able to withstand long journeys on the road and on tarmac. It is equipped semi-active electronic pendants Sachs with 185 mm of travel both front and rear, modified by calibration, and a 30-liter tank allowing 450 kilometers. Ergonomics have been revised with a lower saddle, handlebar and center of gravity compared to the 1200.

158 HP Testastretta DVT

Under the comfortable enduro suit the 1262 cm3 Testastretta DVT engine pulsates from 158 CV variable valve timing, which debuted last year on the Multistrada 1260. New Human machine interface (HMI) allows the 5 '' TFT color display and handlebar controls to control all bike functions and settings, even Ducati multimedia system (DMS). The DMS system allows you to connect the bike to your smartphone via Bluetooth and manage the most important multimedia functions (receiving phone calls, SMS notification, listening to music). In addition, using the Ducati Link app, you can customize the driving mode (combination of boot mode and driving mode) and customize the parameters of each driving mode (ABS, Ducati Traction Control, etc.) from your smartphone in an intuitive way.

Colors and availability

New Multistrad 1260 Enduro will be available from 2019 in Ducati Red and Sand colors. A wide range of special accessories are also available, including bags and an aluminum top case, as well as the Touring, Sport, Urban and Enduro packages.
